If you could only have one book for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

The Lord of the Rings, of course. I love the films and books both so much. If I was much of a reader to begin with, I'd re-read all three The Lord of the Rings books once a year.
 
I'd choose a role playing book, Big Eyes Small Mouth 4th edition. Because with a rule book, I can create more worlds and characters than just a regular fiction book. And I like the social interaction of role playing games.
