I am fine where I am at but if I could go back, probably the 80s or 90s. Seemed like fun times. Plus there was still TV, movies and video games.

I suppose it depends on the country in question, as is often the case. War or some form of conflict seems to be ongoing somewhere in every decade.

I'd say the 90s or 2000s because I remember them (well, kind of remember them) and enjoyed a lot of the games from that era.
