Have you ever told a customer they were being an asshole?

Have you ever gotten fed up the way a customer was treating you and flat out called them an asshole?

If you want to keep your job then you don't. You learn to control your tongue so you don't let it keep you unemployed which it is more than happy to do if you let it.

By the way, this is coming from someone who has so far worked 22 years in retail.

There are no customers where I work but I did want to say that a few times when I worked in retail.

Not outright like that, but in a more professional manner. I can hang up on patient's if they're being unruly, but after I've warned them about their behavior.

I have called a customer an asshole to their face and dared them to get me fired. My boss was standing right beside me when I did it. because this person was an asshole and even my boss knew it. 3 years later I still work there lol

I worked in retail, like Target. Too many people wanted to spend too much damn time on their phones to pay attention to their surroundings or their kids.
